Our products are not official tournament-legal trading cards unless clearly stated. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any third-party brand, publisher, game company, or intellectual property owner.

3. Intellectual Property

All original designs, artwork, photos, text, branding, product images, and website content created by us remain the property of Rez Makes unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, modify, or use our designs, images, product photos, or website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Where products are inspired by existing games, characters, themes, or franchises, all related trademarks, names, characters, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, prices, images, availability, and shipping information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or change product details at any time, including after an order has been placed. If we need to cancel an order due to an error, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution.

5. Orders and Custom Work

Please check your order carefully before completing checkout. This includes product choices, quantities, names, custom details, shipping address, and contact information.

For custom, personalised, digital, or made-to-order products, work may begin shortly after your order is placed. Once work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, refunded, returned, or exchanged except where required by law.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel custom requests that are offensive, illegal, hateful, harmful, or that we are otherwise unable to complete.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout before your order is processed. We are not responsible for any additional bank fees, currency conversion fees, import duties, taxes, or charges applied by third parties.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, product type, postal delays, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for additional postage costs to resend the order.

Once an order is handed to the postal carrier, delivery times and tracking updates are controlled by the carrier.

8. Refunds, Returns, and Consumer Guarantees

Due to the custom, made-to-order, digital, and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, incorrect ordering, or buyer’s remorse.

Digital products are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital files, digital purchases cannot be refunded, returned, exchanged, or cancelled once delivered or downloaded, except where required by law.

You may not share, resell, redistribute, upload, reproduce, or commercially use digital files purchased from us unless written permission is provided.
